Hello and thank you for visiting! It is our goal as your full service real estate agent specializing in the Las Vegas Valley areas, to provide you with superior service at all times.  We have been in the real estate business for over 50 years (collectively) and have been selling in Las Vegas for almost 10 years.  Previously we were in the central California area, selling real estate there for about 20 years, during which time we owned an office in the central valley.  Las Vegas is the place we love, and we have made this our community, joining, among other entities, the local Kiwanis Club and the North Las Vegas Chamber. 

We have the designations of GRI, which is a Graduate, Real Estate Institute, ABR which is an Accredited Buyers Representative, and Pete has the designation of ePro, which indicates that he has gone through some extensive training on the workings of email and the internet.  We hope that you find this site easy to work with, and a help in finding information and properties.  So we feel that our  local expertise and extensive real estate experience will benefit you whether you are serious about buying or selling a home at this time, or are a returning client checking out the many homeowner resources I offer.
